Snow in August?

Snow may be common in August for people living in some places very south of the equator, but it’s hard to believe that tomorrow’s weather forecast for here in Tokyo says “a chance of snow”. Of course, I can’t fault the weather guys for this one … there’s a chance for a big red spot to open up over Tokyo to match the massive storm on Jupiter, too … but it’s not very likely.
