Over eight hundred days have passed since I started this blog, but today a nice round number graced my administration screen: 2500. This is the number of comments that currently exist on this site … 62% of which were written by people other than me.
Who was the 2500th person to leave a comment? That would be Gary … the guy who is single-handedly responsible for turning my hair gray during the five years I lived in BC.
Looking at the post count, I thought that maybe there would be another interesting coincidence, but my math was wrong. There are now 828 posts on this blog, and it’s been operational for 835 days. Off by seven!
Oh well. Comment count used to be super important to me. Now I’m just happy when someone responds so some foolish thing I write. Maybe if I was writing about Apple rumours, I’d hit this number count for each and every post
